The Promobot robot manufacturer is looking for a face for a humanoid robot-assistant. The company is willing to pay $200,000 to anyone willing to transfer the rights to use one’s face forever!

A company that makes robots is looking for a human face to put on its newest product. Promobot, a European company, stated in a press release that it is willing to pay someone $200,000 for the right to use their face in perpetuity.
According to the company, the new robot with a human face will be used as an assistant in busy places such as hotels and shopping malls.

The company said on their press release, Promobot has a customer who wants to install the robot assistant in airports, shopping malls, and retail stores in 2023.

According to People Magazine, a man named Arnold Schwarzenegger sued Promobot in March 2020 for using his likeness on their products.
Gizmodo reported that Promobot previously released a robot in Times Square in February 2020 that asked people if they had common COVID-19 symptoms.
The Promobot company, as a manufacturer of autonomous service robots to be used for business, announced that it is looking for a “kind and friendly” face for its new project as a humanoid robot-assistant which will work in hotels, shopping malls and other crowded places.
