The Philippines is known to have one of the slowest internet connections in the ASEAN region. In fact, the internet is even faster in Cambodia, Laos, and Myanmar.
According to the Speedtest Global Index, the Philippines ranks 107th among the countries in the world when it comes to mobile internet and fixed broadband speeds.
Korea, on the other hand, has the fastest internet, which is almost 5 times faster than the Philippines.
Singapore, on the other hand, is leading in fixed broadband, which is more than 10 times faster than ours.
However, some Filipinos could not help but lose their temper because of the expensive charges and slow internet in the country.
As a result, a man went viral where he started a fight with his neighbor because he could no longer connect to the internet because the password was changed.
The video shows a man venting his anger because his neighbor’s internet password was changed.
It seems that the man can’t accept that they can no longer connect to their neighbor’s internet, which is why he is so angry.
"Umalis kayo dito..kung ayaw niyo ng ugali ko.. pangit ang ugali ko diba? dapat pinakinggan ninyo ako." the angry man said.
According to the owner of the wifi, she did not allow her neighbor to connect to the wifi because she had an online training at the call center she applied for due to slowness and this may be the reason for her inability to get to work.
