Israeli occupation forces demolished a Palestinian mosque in Douma town, south of the northern West Bank city of Nablus, at dawn on Thursday.
Ghassan Daghlas, a Palestinian official who monitors Israel’s illegal colonial activities in the northern West Bank, said that a bulldozer and several occupation jeeps invaded the town before demolishing the mosque.
He stated that the destroyed mosque, which is located in the Abu Saifi neighborhood in the town’s eastern section, was constructed two years ago.
According to the Israeli occupation, the mosque was built without a permit from the so-called Civil Administrative Office, the illegal Israeli occupation’s administrative branch.
In addition, Israeli soldiers bulldozed several agricultural roads in Douma’s southern district.
