The Hyundai Motor Chung Mong-Koo Foundation Scholarships are being made available to international students by the KDI School of Public Policy and Management for the 2022–2023 academic year. The Hyundai Motor Chung Mong-Koo Foundation is the sponsor and funder of this scholarship, which is provided through the KDI School of Public Policy and Management. Students can undertake any preferred master’s or PhD programme and secure the educational expense of it with this scholarship. Applicants from an ASEAN member state are eligible.

Criteria of Eligibility

  • Students from Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines, Thailand, Myanmar, Cambodia, and the Lao People’s Democratic Republic are eligible to apply.
  • Courses that are eligible include those provided as part of the KDI School’s master’s or doctoral degree programs.
  • The following requirements must be met by candidates in order to be considered:
  • The candidates must be representatives of one of the eight ASEAN nations—Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand, Myanmar, Cambodia, or Lao PDR—or another one of those nations.

Benefits Offered

  • The KDI School of Public Policy and Management will give the chosen students this scholarship, which will cover the cost of their education for a PhD program for at least three years and a master’s degree for up to three semesters (about one year).
